Welcome to Mamat55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Mamat55 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the Mamat55 platform, accessible at https://mamat55.cam.

By accessing this Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any gaming, betting, or ancillary service offered by Mamat55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Mamat55 Platform, including but not limited to players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam, as well as users accessing the Platform from any other location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Mamat55 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://mamat55.cam.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the user that have not been converted into bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded to a user's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Mamat55 before processing withdrawals or escalating account privileges.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency on this Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using this Platform is unlawful.
• "VIP Programme" refers to the Mamat55 tiered loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond membership levels.
• "Force Majeure" refers to events beyond Mamat55's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, or infrastructure failure.

To register and maintain an account on the Mamat55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and similar organisations are not eligible to register accounts.
• You must be registering and using the Platform voluntarily and in your own name. Registration on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any programme administered by Mamat55 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Mamat55 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To create an account, users must complete the Mamat55 registration form with accurate and current personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. Submission of false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Mamat55 will never request your password through email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Mamat55 support immediately at [email protected].

Prior to processing withdrawals or granting access to higher account tiers, Mamat55 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Mamat55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Each user is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any funds held within them — including deposited funds — may be reviewed and subject to forfeiture if evidence of abuse, fraud, or multi-bonus exploitation is identified.

Mamat55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, direct bank wire transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (Tether). All MYR transactions are processed without currency conversion fees unless otherwise indicated.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion stipulates a different minimum. Mamat55 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with prior notice published on the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published Withdrawal Speed Promise: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed within 5 minutes under normal conditions; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are targets and may be extended during peak periods, maintenance windows, or pending KYC verification.

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted against a user's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Mamat55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above RM 5,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Mamat55 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the user's name.

Mamat55 does not levy transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Malaysian payment methods. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network fees which are beyond Mamat55's control and will be communicated transparently at the time of transaction.

Mamat55 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, cashback offers, and VIP tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Mamat55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Where a user is found to have abused a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion — Mamat55 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and associated winnings and, where warranted, terminate the account.
• Birthday Bonus eligibility is determined by the user's verified date of birth on record with Mamat55. Tier-based bonus amounts align with the user's active VIP tier at the time of the bonus award date.
• Referral bonuses are awarded upon the successful completion of qualifying conditions by the referred user, including registration with the referral code and completion of a qualifying first deposit.

All games offered on the Mamat55 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return of each game and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In-play betting odds are subject to change at any time until the market is closed.

Mamat55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet has been placed on the basis of erroneous odds or a technical error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, Mamat55 will investigate the incident and apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the state of play at the time of the malfunction. Mamat55's determination of the appropriate resolution in such cases is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mamat55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping or coordinated sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known errors are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any transaction in breach of applicable financial crime legislation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently after a deposit has been credited and utilised on the Platform.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content on the Mamat55 Platform, including but not limited to the Mamat55 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, and any other materials, is the intellectual property of Mamat55 or its duly licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of Mamat55.

Any unauthorised use of Mamat55's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mamat55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific feature thereof.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the Platform.
• Any loss of gambling funds resulting from participation in games or betting activities on the Platform.
• Events beyond Mamat55's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Mamat55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

Mamat55 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spend.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of time spent playing during active sessions.

Mamat55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• A user has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been processed for the account holder.
• A user fails to satisfy age verification requirements.
• Mamat55 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be returned to the user following satisfactory completion of KYC and anti-fraud review, at Mamat55's discretion.

Mamat55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Mamat55 will provide reasonable prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Mamat55 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to individual transactions or account decisions, users are encouraged to first contact Mamat55 support to seek an informal resolution. Mamat55 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and providing a written response within ten (10) business days of receipt.
